Ingredients:

3.5 % Ocean Spray® Cranberry Concentrate, 50º Brix
22.0 % sugar, dry
9 % High fructose corn syrup, 71º Brix*
64 % Water
1.0 % Lemon juice
0.5 % Pectin, agglomerated*

* Zumbro Insta* Thick®

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients and heat to almost boiling to dissolve sugar and pectin.

2. Chill.

3. Churn freeze or still freeze, as desired.
