Ingredients:
3 ounces (100ml) white vinegar 1 1/2 cups (375ml) orange juice concentrate 3 cups (360g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries 30 ounces (840g) butter, cold, cut into pieces 6 tablespoons (90ml) heavy cream 4 ounces (124ml) worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons (15ml) cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons (15ml) water to thicken
Directions:
1. In a non-reactive sauce pan over medium heat, bring vinegar to a boil; reduce by half.
2. Add orange juice concentrate and sweetened dried cranberries. Simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and whisk in butter, one or two pieces at a time. Add heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and dissolved cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
4. Serve sauce with slices of baked ham.
Yield: about 36 (2 tablespoons or 30ml) each.
