Dried Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients:

16 cups 16 medium apples, peeled and diced
5 1/2 cups (1,375ml) vinegar
8 1/4 cups (1,871g) sugar
2 teaspoons each: ginger, cinnamon, allspice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
20 cups (3,500g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except sweetened dried cranberries, in a large saucepan.

2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.

3. Add sweetened dried cranberries and cook until they are heated through, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve warm or at room temperature.

YIELDS: about 100 1/4-cup servings
