Ingredients:

48 ounces (1,361g) cream cheese, room temperature
16 ounces (454g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 cups (450g) Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
12 Bagels, split

Directions:

1. Using the paddle attachment, blend cream cheese in mixer until smooth and light, stir in sweetened dried cranberries and cranberry sauce.

2. Toast bagels to desired doneness. Spread each bagel half with 2 ounces of cream cheese.

If desired, serve bagels with smoked salmon and watercress or serve Cranberry Cream Cheese with toasted sweet breakfast breads or croissants, or spread on waffles instead of syrup.
