Ingredients:
5 pounds (2,268g) shredded red cabbage, about 28 cups 2 red onions 1 bunch green onions, sliced 3 cups (750ml) olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cups (115g) sugar 2 tablespoons pepper 2 tablespoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon dry mustard 3 cups (525 g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage and red and green onions in a large mixing bowl.
2. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, cumin and mustard in a separate bowl. Add to cabbage mixture; toss to coat well.
3. Stir in sweetened dried cranberries.
4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Can be made up to 6 hours ahead.
