Ingredients:

2 pounds 8 ounces (1,134g) butter, softened
2 pounds 8 ounces (1,134g) brown sugar
10 eggs
3 pounds 6 ounces (1,531g) flour
1 pound 13 ounces (822g) old-fashioned oats
1 ounce (28g) baking soda
1/2 ounce (14g) salt
1 pound 14 ounces (850g) Ocean Spray® Strawberry BerryFusions™ Fruits

Directions:

1. Mix butter and sugar together until completely blended in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add eggs and mix well.

3. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well.

4. Add flavored fruit pieces to batter, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.

5. Using a #40 scoop, deposit onto ungreased baking pans.

6. Bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
