Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

5 cups (1,125g) butter
5 cups (1,150g) brown sugar
10 large eggs
10 cups (600g) old-fashioned oats
10 cups (1,150g) flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
7 1/2 cups (1,312g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries OR BerryFusions™ Fruits
5 cups (850g) white chocolate chunks

Directions:

1. Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.

2. Add eggs; mix well.

3. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each.

4. Add sweetened dried cranberries or flavored fruit pieces and white chocolate chunks to batter, mixing just until combined.

5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or #60 scoop onto ungreased sheet pans.

6. Bake in a standard oven at 375ºF for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

YIELDS: about 12 ½ dozen cookies
