Homestyle Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients:

3 pounds 4 ounces (1,474g) flour
2 pounds 8 ounces (1,134g) sugar
2 ounces (57g) baking powder
1 ounce (28g) salt
1/2 ounce (14g) orange peel
5 eggs
10 ounces (313ml) oil
2 pounds 7 ounces (1,219ml) milk
1 pound 10 ounces (737g) Ocean Spray® Homestyle Chopped Cranberries
11 ounces (312g) chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Thoroughly combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and orange peel.

2. Thoroughly combine eggs, oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until the dry ingredients are moist.

3. Add cranberries and walnuts.

4. Scale 2 pounds 4 ounces (1 kilo 021g) of batter into 5 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch (21.5 x 11.5 x 5cm) loaf pans. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
