Ingredients:
1 pound 4 ounces (567g) butter, softened 3 pounds 1 ounce (1,389g) flour, divided 10 ounces (313ml) milk, divided 2 pounds 9 ounces (1,162g) brown sugar 5 large eggs 1 ounce (28g) baking powder 1 ounce (28g) cinnamon 2 1/2 teaspoons cloves 12 ounces (340g) chopped walnuts 1 pound 12 ounces (794g) Ocean Spray® Frozen Sliced Cranberries
Directions:
1. Place butter in mixing bowl. Add HALF of the flour, HALF of the milk and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT cranberries.
2. Thoroughly combine ingredients on medium speed.
3. Add remaining flour, milk, and cranberries, mixing on low speed until thoroughly combined.
4. Using a #40 scoop, portion onto cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
