Ingredients:
TOPPING: 5 ounces (142g) flour 6 ounces (170g) brown sugar 2 ounces (57g) butter BATTER: 2 pounds 2 ounces (964g) flour 10 ounces (283g) brown sugar 6 ounces (170g) sugar 2 ounces (57g) baking powder 1/2 ounce (14 g) salt 2 pounds ( 1ltr) milk 10 ounces (313ml) oil 3 eggs 1 pound (454g) Ocean Spray® Orange BerryFusions™ Fruits 12 ounces (340g) Ocean Spray® Frozen Sliced Cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine topping ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Work butter into dry ingredients using a pastry blender, until it is the size of small peas. Set aside.
2. Thoroughly combine dry ingredients for batter in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add milk, oil, and eggs, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.
4. Add flavored fruit pieces and cranberries to batter.
5. Using a #16 scoop, portion batter into 36 greased or paper-lined 2 3/4-inch (7cm) muffin tins. Sprinkle with topping.
6. Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes or until muffins test done.
