Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups (259g) flour 1/3 cup (77g) sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons (90g) butter or margarine, softened 3/4 cup (185ml) buttermilk 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream 1 egg 1 cup (175g) Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries OR BerryFusions™ Fruits 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Directions:
1. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Work butter or margarine into dry ingredients until the butter is the size of small peas, using a pastry blender or fork.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate medium mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.
3. Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan. Spread batter evenly in pan.
4. Bake at 350ºF in a standard oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
