Cranberry Almond Bread

Ingredients:

3 pounds 2 ounces (1,417g) flour
1 pound 4 ounces (567g) sugar
1 1/2 ounces (43g) baking powder
1 ounce (28g) salt
5 large eggs
1 pound 4 ounces (567g) butter, melted
2 ounces (63ml) almond extract
11 ounces (344ml) milk
2 pounds 6 ounces (1,077g) Ocean Spray® Frozen Sliced Cranberries
3 ounces (85g) sugar
4 ounces (113g) sliced almonds

Directions:

1. Thoroughly combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.

2. Thoroughly combine eggs, butter, almond extract, milk and cranberries in a separate bowl.

3. Add cranberry mixture to dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.

4. Scale 1 lb. 12 oz. (794g) of batter into 5 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch (21.5 x 11.5 x 5cm) loaf pans. Sprinkle with sugar and
