Ingredients:
TOPPING: 1/2 cup (115g) brown sugar 1/4 cup (27g) chopped walnuts, optional 1 tablespoon (15g) butter 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon BATTER: 2/3 cup (230g) sugar 1/2 cup (113g) butter or margarine, softened 1 egg 2 cups (230g) flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup (185ml) milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups (263g) Ocean Spray® Blueberry BerryFusions™ Fruits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) glass rectangular baking dish.
2. Combine topping ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter together in a medium mixing bowl. Add egg; mix well.
4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Combine milk and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients alternately with the liquid ingredients, to the butter mixture, mixing just until moist. Add blueberry flavored fruit pieces; mix just until combined.
5. Spread mixture evenly in glass dish and sprinkle with topping.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
