Ocean Spray® Sweetened Dried Cranberries are sugar-infused, shelf-stable, dried fruit pieces. They can be enjoyed as they are, or added to baked goods, cereals and snack foods for a burst of vibrant color and flavor. This form tolerates most processing conditions, retaining its shape, color and texture, which makes it perfect for baking applications. And Sweetened Dried Cranberries contain no added colors, flavors or preservatives.

Sweetened Dried Cranberries are produced by slicing superior grade cranberries and then infusing a sucrose solution until a specific equilibrate Brix range is reached. Then, the product is dried to moisture specification, and lightly sprayed with oil.

A variety of Sweetened Dried Cranberries are available to meet your specific needs. A convenient 1/8" diced variety lends itself to cookies, snack bars and cereals. Soft and Moist Sweetened Dried Cranberries are slightly sweeter and more moist and plump than traditional SDCs for use in baking, snack products and dried fruit and nut mixes. And the glycerated variety is ideal for low-moisture applications like cereals and baking mixes.
